That invitation (warning) was sounded out by AL a few months ago. I would expect that LYC and HAS have already had discussions, EU delegation no doubt spoke to HAS while visiting WA. From memory Hastings has about 30% not allocated to off take agreements of their high grade dirt.
I would also expect some sort of counter measures to Chinese tax refunds etc going forward to level the playing field.
Things are beginning to heat up.
