If what you mean is there is a good chance they will double to days and last 3 years average output then I will agree. However, I will caution few plants in any industry ever produce name plate output for extended times say 6 months or a year. things happen. If you are going to say double the last two years after next and before Covid. I doubt you will see 10.5 a year. C &L has never been a bottle neck. They never ran more than 2 of the 4 kilns at the lamp because they could produce all the lamp could handle.
