You are correct but key words are previous years. Look at the last two times Lynas has raised cash. Both used stock. Yes Jare bought a lot of the stock but the dilution to current stock holders is the same no mater who buys it. It also lowers EPS which is a key metric of how the company is doing compared to the current SP.
