Fantastic. Sets up Lynas to be the dominant player in the RE game outside of China for a long time. As the race is on by other players to step into this space the US DoD just gave Lynas the certainty it needed to push forward with confidence.
Lets hope Blue Line are a good partner to allow the best opportunity to be created without any squabbles. Don't want any more problems to be created.
