Depends, I think a few have already pointed to outcome 1) if they have to sell on-market, yes could fall but 2) if the first part was oversubscribed and/or they have some clients interested they can do it off-market.
There business is underwriting not investing, let alone happy to tie up capital, so they will want to offload asap.
