All speculation. The underwriters would most likely have institutions that are happy to take up the shares that were not taken up. They would not be happy to include this term and then fret to find buyers hastily.There is plenty to like about Lynas in the short and now longer term. The company has been derisked; which every investor knows is the most important aspect of any investment.
Not to mention that we should hear about the DoD contract shortly, perhaps renegotiate better terms regarding the pdf in Malaysia & then we have a plant to build in kal..exciting times
