Yeah I was surprised to get the full additional 50% allocation.
The price differential isn't really a small bonus for those who participate,
it is in actuality compensation against dilution.
Not participating is straight out wealth destruction.
For someone who doesn't wish to lay out the extra money, they should have just sold a number of shares equal to their allocation when the price was still $2.60, whilst simultaneously paying for their allocation at $2.30.
A lot of retailers don't get it. Probably doesn't help encourage boards to include us in SPPs
