If he wanted to sell it, would have sold it a few days ago and more discretely. It’s a block sell order for the purposes of accumulation and controlling the sp so it doesn’t get too hot too quickly.
After the volume and the news, makes no sense to drop back. IMO it’s just short term volatility. Insiders or fundies know storm is brewing and good news is coming
Support needs to be built and established at every price level. Steady growth and accumulation is healthier than mind blowing pump to the sky.
