All of a sudden the BEOT gets involved, and they see a way to grease some palms all at the expense of retail over many years, this company has never ever rewarded any retail holders at anytime all they have done is eroded their values.
This raise was to fill up the coffers of the BEOT and nothing more, thats how they work, the company and the BEOT are in bed together and have total control of being able to screw over retail, but EVERYONE SHOULD REMEMBER THIS IS DONE BY THE COMPANY that has been screwing over retail for many years, and ALL RETAIL SHAREHOLDERS should be bombarding the company for answers to why all of a sudden they see the need to raise 10million at this stage, especially after raisng 5 million recently from from Wilhelm Klink and Blackstone collectively, parasites is a word that comes to mind.
