Corazon is not listed in Toronto so I don't think they're particularly worried about whether the Canadian exchange is open or not. I do see they like to put news out at around 8:00am eastern summer time which is before most in Canada go to bed the night before, which suggest to me they are trying to give Canadian holders every opportunity to trade on the news.
