Yin you could be right. After almost a decade of low nickel prices, the tide may have turned. mnay nickel producers went broke (eg Queensland Nickel). But now the Indonesian laterite supplies to China have been restriced - because Indonesia has said it is going to focus on producing rechargable batteries. Also, nickel sulfide deposits like those at Lynn Lake will generally be more attractive than laterites because the ore is simpler to process and the product is often cleaner. So Lynn Lake's nickel and copper concentrates could be very atttractive for the makers of electic vehicles - they may see a good opportunity to get a stable supply of nickel,copper and cobalt by entering into a joint venture with Corazon and reopenning the mining camp.
