    List other guys on the board and their achievements
    if they are on other boards, how the other companies are doing
    Are they getting board fees from other companies and happy to pick up board fees and live on that while shareholders feed them with CR now and then. Then why do we need them on our board.
    New chair should be ruthless to get rid of them
    Then the realprogress begins to happen.
