    ASIC do that and I'm making a report today. I've nearly finished the contents then I'll paste it into a complaint form

    Having said that ASIC are toothless tigers. a) They do not have to let a complainant know if they are investigating your complaint; b) Even if they do, they do not advise complainants of any outcome; c) Most of the time they don't even have the decency to liaise with complainants.

    Director's know this and don't really worry about complying with Regulations.
