It's hard to compare announcements. The previous announcements regarding further market additions with Telenor etc add users but the users don't mean anything without quality products to promote. But if you don't have those initial agreements you cannot see any products.
The major advantage of this announcement I think is that it tells the market exactly what MBE is trying to do and what is doing very successfully at the moment. It's providing a platform that significantly enhances the conversation rate for digital products. I think people will start to get it with announcements like this.
