These hypercentres are very different animals to their current colocation centres.
The build is much less complex (and a lot less expensive). They are very modular in style and only build as much as they need to, they may start with only 10-20% of the latest offering.
That still leaves a lot of cash in their purse for whatever else they may have in mind (such as Singapore.... )
