    I understand they are tightening up on the illegal dumping..

    as for the burning factories as expected -- what a err..waste... haha --

    M8S will do fine, govt got to support better and cleaner dumping -- not justify burning as a temp measure to reduce coal... is just a bad idea that will fail..
