    Perth landfill was at capacity to start with, unless there a bunch new landfill popped up all over the place in the last 2 years it does not matter who brought what. You might not know this Gingin was initially sold by Veolia. Even if Veolia has a fleet to trucks and own multiple landfills in Perth Gingin will be still be of use to majors as its one of the 2 landfills sits on the Northern corridor.

    Its cost effective to send trucks to the nearest landfill especially the council ones, multiple runs per truck per day. If Veolia would purchase Gingin once built for say $35m, $21m less than the freehold going concern value. We would have enough money to pay out all liabilities $17m then declare a special dividend of $18m which is around 3.6c per share.
