the real question is do you ever see them opening the burning plants that are a decade in building..and keep getting upgraded..to pass standards that the residents just don't want

who ever came up with the dumb idea to "burn rubber" excuse the pun -in the middle of a city wants to be shot

I do agree through M8S doesn't seem like the next clean way.

the question in my mind is how much will it cost to run Gingin vs the revenue it can bring in compared to current operations for M8S which can even quite break even.

the will people come bit doesn't trouble me at all, due to location -- I just don't know industry enough to work out will it be 6 years until profit And dent pay down (more/less?)
