I believe they applied for class 3 and the end of February was apparently when they might receive certification .
Atm we either have processing delays , or possibly it might be an announcement with a update in further weeks to come .
I have been accumulating sitting at over 2.5 million shares and I want a fair bit more .
I want a company update in the next few weeks approaching April , I cannot see this going down any further unless further delays might cause uncertainty , which I suppose the market is waiting for .
