    Land fill due to complete end of April.

    Current working capital - $3.55m left in loan from related/parent company and $486k in cash as of 31.12.2021.

    Capital raise / debt by Feb 2023. Got about 1 year to tidy up operation and finance, otherwise parent company takes up the tabs again.

    I am still holding.

    Key catalysts are

    1. Get Gingin finished.

    2. Run a decent quarter or 2 then refinance Remagen loan
