Few notes on the above
1) basically giving 0 value to performance/carry etc (kinda the way alt managers are looked at in the states, carry is the “gravy”)
2) NFI about the lending part so I’m given it limited/no value
3) sandbagged the CE + Equities segment really hard but think it will prob perform much better
Basically, my target is to get the alt asset mgmt segment (zeroing performance/trans fees) at a reasonable price assuming the rest is worth $0/gravy on top
