MA Financial pens $1B deal with Humm Group
MA Financial (ASX:MAF) and Flexicommercial are collaborating to procure up to $1 billion in loans. The association sees the two parties acknowledging that major banks are losing market share to non-banks, presenting an opportunity for these non-banks to expedite growth into certain divisions of the asset-backed lending market. Guy Kaufman, Executive Director of MA Financial illustrates the strategy as capitalising on their capabilities to cater to the asset-based lending market.
