Looks a bit overdone to me. Would the visa review take away existing visas issued? I wouldn't think so. So would only potentially affect future fund inflows. Not to say future SIV inflows will be stopped altogether.
From the announcement "In the first 8 months of FY22, 85% of gross fund inflows into the Asset Management
business related to non-migration investors, with the remaining 15% sourced from clients
under migration related programmes"

If the majority of fund inflows being non-migration fund inflows are growing 50 to 60% yoy and having MAF reconfirmed guidance, I think the selloff is a bit overdone.
