I agree the fees looks greedy compared with, say, Glennon's GC1 which is 1% and small ordinaries hurdle. Mind you SNC isn't so hot either at 1.25% and 1 month bank bill hurdle. As far as buying into a discount, it's just one more thing that needs to be factored into the calcs.
