BFS..???? why you guys are hung up on this, defies belief. The BFS is not the Holy Grail, it wont lead you to the Dead Sea Scrolls, or show you how to put IKEA funiture together quicker, nor does it contain the secret to Eternal Youth, or replace Viagra. The function of the BFS is to act as a supporting document, should finance be applied for. The same way, you add a payslip or a rent roll when you apply for a loan. The IO Market is flat (dead) until 2022. If Evangrande goes down the gurgler, then the proverbial will hit the blades. No Bank or Financial Institution, is going to give a rats fat arse about anybodies BFS, MacArthurs or anyones. Seriously, some of you will start crying if it's not done in Dec. But we all know there's a "subject to" coming up in the next NR. Are you seeing a pattern.!!!!!

The best you can hope for, is the USA will expand on it's infrastructure spend, but that will add costs to IO transport. + The way China is going, the USA will divert funds from Infrastructure into Defence.

The stock is bottom drawer, put it there and forget about it, till 2024, as per the original plan by MacArthur. At least GWR has the balls to stop for now, with a wait and see attitude. Expect another Smoke and Mirrors NR shortly, to marry with the last one, where MacArthur will plant the entire state of WA, in plastic flowers, made from recycled car tyres.
