Also it’s mid winter and bleak weather conditions are the normal. Snow and cold at 4500 meters. So it’s wait for better conditions and longer days around the summer months for the drilling rigs to take full advantage of seasonal issues.
November- April is warmer & longer days. By November hopefully some real drilling locations are identified and they will have permits to proceed also.
