The timing of these announcements is fortuitous given that the retail raising at 7.5c closes on 7 Dec. The market is looking for $$$ attached to these announcements. We saw the SP increase to 7.6c this morning, but has fallen back to 6.9c. 3DM was low on cash before the merger with Mach 7. I don't know how they are going to get the retail float away when the stock is trading at 6.9c.
