Millions of shares were issued around 3.5 and 5 cents in the past going back 2-3 company names ago (ex directors, partners, shares for service etc) with much of these now vested, but it appears that slowly these people have either paused or finished cashing up or are actually now interested in where this company could be heading and holding onto thier shares.
Once all current share holders believe in the future worth of this company, the share price will move up to where is should be. Just need to wait until the old fat cats or nervous small investors finally get off the bus.
