Sorry to be a "party pooper"BUT they cant raise the capital as the market is unsure about the earnings and the" Directors are fairly confident they wont need a CR in the future" what happens if the earnings are not there in the future, they will need a CR and look how well this one is going DYOR.
Also if things are going along so well why go to market now for the CR and then when it falls short they come back to market with we dont really need it anyway
