I'm a LT holder. It's a very significant announcement in my view. It is a meaningful step in the right direction for SOP process and design. That article I mentioned tells the story well. It's not like the RWD process to my understanding.
AMN has strong relationships with it's Indigenous partners. Check out the ASX anns - it signed the last of it major native title agreements for the last of the 3 native title groups on 14 Dec. So theyre all in place and that indicates they are all supportive of the wider project. To my understanding - RWD didn't have a native title agreement with its group.
Unsure about patent - depends whether it's considered an original method or process that is inventive and useful (I think that's the criteria?).
