    The issue with the RWD December update is their definition of steady state. “Up to 10 days” is not enough time to determine a steady state pumping rate. AMN are producing data over 90 days. Why would you only test pump trenches (of varying lengths, depths) at very short and vairable timing? Is it possible that they stopped testing because the trenches were dewatering? Personally I think there must have been something wrong to stop like they did. Regardless of whether or not the trenches could deliver the brine there is simply not enough consistent quality data to allow this project to get financed. They will have to do it all over again, from uniform trenches being pumped over at least 90 days to get the data required.

    You just don’t seem to get why grade is not the be all and end all. It’s one of several variables in an equation.

    As for the mining license etc well that we will just have to wait and see but in my opinion it is the last significant risk to this project.
