Sure, all of the projects will need water for processing. I disagree with the emphasis Reward devotees such as yourself place on water supply.
Similar to your focus on Native Title, which was always a non-issue for AMN (and other companies), but was a major roadblock for RWD.
Supply of adequate process water will not stop the development of any of these projects if all other operational/economic metrics stack up.
Reward's sole focus for the last 24 months has been locating process water (to the detriment of advancing other more significant critical path items). I believe the focus put on water supply at Lake Disappointment is a distraction from the severe lack of real progress on many other far more important aspects of project development.
As with Native Title, the level of emphasis placed on process water is another storm within the Reward teacup
