    250kms of trenches = Perth to Margaret River every 6 - 8 years 6 metres deep and 8 metres wide. They can work but lets not get too carried away with low cost. And in WA alone there are several thousand bores into palaeochannels taking brine. I'm not rowing any boats here, but you did mention you liked facts.
    All of these projects have merit but this is an investment forum so I fail to see the value in hearing uninformed biased views of project merits. Surely we should be discussing investment merit?
