I'm sure it will be a good acquisition for them in the long term, after looking at over 30 potential acquisitions, some not appropriate, some not interested.
I'm a little underwhelmed though.
They also did a capital raising at 25 cents.
I'm out for the moment, and happy to transition the money into Lithium, Cobalt, Gold and Blockchain.
