I tend to think as the heat comes out of the market that some of the pay rates for mining operators that have jumped in the last few years will come back. HD Mechanics are getting $85-$90 an hour which has almost doubled in the last few years. There are specialist roles like Jumbo Operators getting up to $110 an hour and guys driving dump trucks for $55 an hour. If they come back 20% which is feasible the margin contractors are working on gets to something reasonable again.
