They're not like a consumer business though, with a mass market that must be continually stimulated to buy their products.
Their market is the resource developers and I'm sure they buy space in all the journals & websites that are referred to by those kind of people.
And really, what it comes down to is watching for tenders that interest them and putting in reasonable bids.
