I'm in Gladstone and our current rental vacancy rate is 1.1%, with Rio, Alpha HPA and Stanwell about to start construction on 2 solar farms, a hydrogen facility and HPA stage 2, Homeground is rather close to all the construction sites so I think it will be packed for the next few yrs at least.
