Execution date of the Merger is mid 2019. I presume that MRP is disallowed from capital raising which means it will need to survive one 1.3m cash for next 6 months and I expect there will be little activity from MRP until the merger.
The proposed merger does put a floor on the price as long IRC share price holds up.
