IMO - at some stage, sooner rather than later a feeding frenzy will occur while small caps have sizeable reserves at bargain basement pricing - not sure who the suitors will be, but if you look at today's market Cap of just IMO just a few possibles :
STO 7.104 mil
OSH 10,842 mil
SVW 2,562 mil
WPL 25,695 mil
not to mentioned the international consortiums operating within Australia - if they open their wallets, you'd struggle to find the expense re: small cap. purchases on their balance sheets - correct me if I'm wrong!
