1st para of the last page says FFX and Macquarie have commenced further engagement with parties concerning partnering, offtakes and financing to support the demerger process. For me this indicates there are already parties genuinely interested and Macquarie are there to sort out the 'finer' details, small print and work out what the final product looks like including $$. Looks like some of the big miners are after a foothold in the booming EV industry and want in early. I expect we will get a good deal.
