Alooooot of man-hours go into a boat, alot of materials, they're self sufficient machines with power lights toilets fridges freezers propulsion generators, then all the actual systems, especially if military, alot of wiring, fitting out... The returns aren't that great, it is still impressive, and with new facilities and longer term contracts the efficiencies do flow well
