Hey guys. I noticed L1 Capital was holding 6.3% at 5th Oct 2021. Now they completely disappear from the pie chart. However, besides there was one amendment that they missed to report 10m shares in 2021 (many months delay), they have never reported their position change via the accouncement. I just combed over all WAF announcement since mid 2021. Is this even legal?
Management and insiders have been selling since Oct 2021, down from 2.9% to now 2.2%, despite there have been a lot cheap or free options and rights awarded to them. Seriously this is not a good look. I think any further requests of free rights for the mangement should be crutinised.
