Had a closer look now.
On the left are thick walled tubes. Probably for tunneling, something like a tendon or neurovascular bundle could pass through it.
In the middle are pourous cylinder scaffolds, I would say for tissue contouring
On the right looks like reinforcing mesh for hernia repair.
