What about Regal being part of institutional CR especially on junior explorers, promptly dumping on market at small profit all the time hanging on to options to do same as soon as strike price plus a little is reached.
just occasionally they could do the junior a favour and let price run a little when prospects are good and allow future CR to better reflect value of exploration efforts, but no that would mean they couldn't rinse and repeat same again at a lower price, next time they are asked to be part of future CR....
