Every presentation he does shows how little conviction he has in the company. He always leads with the negatives and then never offers up real options on what management are doing to improve growth etc. rather that he is relying on customers coming to the fore. Given management has sold shares on the way up there is less skin in the game now and given the higher entry points for a lot of people I am guessing people will cut their losses and move onto other opportunities unless there is a big change in approach and attitude
