Yeah unfortunately his speech notes didn't give the market any confidence of positive change it was looking for and this reaction is not surprising. I am still neutral at this stage, but small red flags are starting to build for me as this downgrade cycle snowball continues to roll on. You basically either ride this all the way down the hill or get out now at whatever loss % you are willing to accept in the short term. Unfortunately, really can't see this ship turning around in the short term.
