I think BOQ has some serious challenges particularly them buying Me bank which to some analyst says over priced so basically they paid way more then what was worth and even after paying high they didn't get the outcome they are after because Me bank also requires high level of IT infrastructure upgrade and if you see Me Bank & BOQ both has poor rating andoid apps so basically lot more work to be done before one can expect re-rate similar to BEN.. IMO. (not talking about ongoing open criminal litigation against Me Bank).
