Buybacks do nothing for the share price ?!
Of course, at this farcifal price, buybacks would be highly relutive. Practically, all majors have a buyback program and they know what they do !
Austin : buying into Dorado or CVN is an interesting suggestion, but there is a political problem. Labor + greens is a prohibitive combination. Look at their new taxes and regulations. They don't understand that they can't save the planet if BRICS do exactly the contrary.
And if you want GOM, you have OEL which is for sale for a song...
