I do however agree this is a great announcement and that the remaining balloon payment will be financed most likely via a reduction in monthly payments coupled with a extention in the life of the loan.

I also agree that a 50% recovery rate without a compensating reduction in tons processed would be a godsend for the company. Around a extra 5M cash per annum. At this stage though all we really have is hope as their track record on recoveries is terrible.

The company however is making good steady progress towards their long term goals.

In another year the prospects of this company may look much better.

Personally I have reduced my holding in the shares and bought roughly 5 times as many options. If the company gets anywhere near their goals by end of 2018 the options will be many bags full.
