My suggestion is that as people read this forum, explain some steps in detail you think management need to focus on.
Some of the Directors will read this thread.
Ultimately if you undertand Shenge position very well you can do what you want.
Delay x Costs vs Shenghe delay x costs = timeframe to form agreement. Who needs to blink first?
Or will we get more value collaboratively.
